Stock In List
- Process incoming stock in this screen.
- This page displays key details such as Stock In ID, Department, Process Date and Status.
- Even offline, warehouse staff can process stock in tasks with data syncing seamlessly to the cloud once connected to Wi-Fi.
Processing Stock In
- Simplify the stock in process with our intuitive scanning feature.
- Warehouse staff can scan bins and items using the handheld's built-in QR code scanner.
- The system automatically updates the scanning status upon verifying the correct bin and item.
- Once all bins are scanned, the task is automatically moved to history without requiring any additional touch to increase productivity of staff especially when they're operating inside the freezer room.
Stock Out List
- Keep track of outgoing stock using the Stock Out List page.
- This screen displays a list of stock-out tasks, including Stock Out ID, Supplier, Process Date, and Status.
- Users can filter the list to view either ongoing processing tasks or historical records.
Stock Check
- Quickly verify stock information with the “Stock Check” feature.
- By scanning bin QR codes or item QR codes with the built-in scanner, warehouse staff can instantly access detailed stock information
- Once signed, the system will automatically generate a Good Receive Node (GRN) that will be sent to the respective supplier for billing purposes.
Digital Signature
- Enhance accountability and traceability with the Digital Signature functionality.
- After completing each stock-out process, a digital signature is required.
