Project Management Overview

View essential project details, including the project name, owner, and allocated points.
Track the status of each project — whether it’s New, Reviewed, or Previously considered.
Quickly take action to edit project details or delete projects that no longer meet organizational criteria.

Project Review

Review and edit user-submitted projects, ensuring they meet company standards and objectives.
Collaborate through comments and feedback to streamline project approval.
Allocate project points for better resource management and prioritization, both at the project level and for individual contributions.

Project Team Management

Manage project team members by reviewing new applicants and assigning roles based on skills and project needs.

Project Stages Management

Set project stages such as Starting, In Progress, and Completed to track project progression.
Add more intermediate stages within the “In Progress” phase for more granular tracking and task management.

Reward Creation & Management

Create rewards with an image, name, and description to showcase each reward’s value.
Set point requirements — once a user has earned enough points, they can redeem the reward.
View all created rewards in one centralized location to track available incentives and progress.

Reward Redemption

Review all user redemption history, including the rewards redeemed and the corresponding points spent.
Track user activity for a transparent view of reward redemption patterns and trends.

Group Portal

The Group Portal serves as the central hub for managing multiple organisations within the platform. It allows group-level admins to onboard and oversee organisations, allocate points, and monitor usage history. With built-in tools for user management and eLearning administration, the portal ensures consistent governance, efficient resource distribution, and alignment across all participating entities.

Organisation Management

Add and manage organisations within your group, streamlining administrative tasks across multiple entities.
Allocate points to each organisation based on milestones or performance metrics to encourage growth.
View point usage history for each organisation, tracking how points have been earned and utilised.

User Management

View users and the organisations they are enrolled in for better visibility and management.
Manage user status with the ability to set users as Active, Inactive, or Pending based on their participation.
Assign user roles such as Admin, Lead, or Council to allocate responsibilities and control permissions within the platform.

eLearning Management

View all courses with key details including course name, image, date, and current status for better tracking and management.
Preview, edit, or delete courses with simple actions, allowing you to update content and remove outdated material quickly.
Organise courses by status (active, completed, or upcoming) to keep everything in order and up-to-date.

Create New Course

Define the course name and provide a brief description (about) to give users an understanding of the content.

Set the course level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) to ensure it’s suitable for your learners.
Choose a category to classify the course, making it easy for users to find.

Certificate Template Generation

Create dynamic certificate templates that automatically generate with the user’s name upon course completion.

Lesson Management

eLearning Course

View course details, including course description, content titles, duration, and the number of users enrolled.
Download a personalised certificate once the course is completed, recognising your achievement.
Track completion progress to monitor how much of the course you’ve completed and what’s left to finish.

Challenges

View active challenges created by organisation admins, showcasing ongoing opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
Invite colleagues to join and participate in challenges, encouraging teamwork and healthy competition.
Each challenge has a defined start and end date, set by the organisation admin, to ensure timely participation and goal alignment.

Leaderboard

View top-ranking users based on their earned points, celebrating the best performers across various metrics.

Global leaderboard ranks users across all organisations, providing a broader perspective on performance and fostering healthy competition.
